Aaron works with businesses of all sizes, focusing on large greenhouse operations, nursery growers, traditional agriculture, and equine facilities. Aaron conducts his business using a “hands-on”, approach when assessing his clients’ daily risks and offers personalized, tailored solutions based on his clients’ individual needs. He has a vast knowledge of all facets of the aforementioned industries, giving him the understanding to know how to offer the best protection for his clients. In addition to insuring businesses, Aaron also helps families plan for their future with personal lines and life insurance. He prides himself on working closely with his clients and advocating for them. He listens to his clients’ concerns with genuine care and helps guide them through the process while addressing any questions and concerns they may have. Aaron started his career with The Piedmont Group in 2007 after working for over 10 years in the hospitality industry. This experience gained his strong work ethic, organization, and belief that putting the customers’ best interests first will lead to success. In 2020 he took on a new role as an Associate General Agent assisting in the training and mentoring of new agents with American National. This position has allowed Aaron to “set up” the next generation of agents for success by sharing his experiences about the industry, which he enjoys. Aaron has an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Johnson and Wales University. Aaron lives in Kensington, Maryland with his wife and two daughters.
